Modern Slavery Statement

Our statement under the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Financial year 2025 / Statement published 2026

Introduction

This statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. It sets out the steps Citadel Trust Bank has taken to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains.

Our business and supply chains

We provide Unioning and related financial services in the United Kingdom. Our supply chains include technology providers, professional services, facilities management and other corporate suppliers.

Our policies

We maintain policies on ethics, procurement, whistleblowing and human rights. Staff are expected to report concerns. Suppliers are required to comply with applicable laws and our supplier standards.

Due diligence and risk assessment

We assess supplier risk based on sector, geography and nature of services. Higher-risk relationships are subject to enhanced checks and contractual controls. We review our approach periodically.

Training and awareness

Relevant colleagues receive training on modern slavery risks and how to escalate concerns.

Effectiveness

We monitor completion of supplier assessments and training, and investigate any reported concerns. We will continue to strengthen our controls as our business and supply chains evolve.
